Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, we respectfully request a 12 hours notice. All cancellations closer to the time of the session, will render the booking non refundable and non transferable. Please note that you should aim to arrive to your class 2-3 min earlier. Due to the nature of the workout, it is important that you arrive for your session on time and do not miss the warm up. For the reasons of safety and to respect the class participants, if you are running more than 3 min late for your class, you will not be allowed in the session.
