BEFORE YOU PROCEED, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

We kindly request that all morning sessions are booked 24 hours in advance and latest by 7:00PM on the day before. We would not be able to accept last minute morning bookings as we are unable to supply teachers on short notice. 

If a morning class is not booked by minimum of two people 24 hours before it is scheduled to run, the class will be cancelled.

We now operate a strict 24 hours cancellation policy. Any sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the session will be non refundable.

More than just a Pilates studio, Infinity is a temple of health and wellness. It offers visitors the chance to realign their body and mind, restoring balance through positive changes, movement, self-care, and love. 

In our boutique studio we offer unique ways to fulfill people’s health and wellness needs while at the same time allowing them to experience convenience and enjoyment.

We believe that mindful movement and responsible exercise is the foundation to a better quality of life. We have created a safe and friendly environment for our private, semi-private and small groups in our North London studio featuring high-end equipment.

Pilates is a mind-body workout that delivers profound body results while restoring the mind regardless of age, gender and fitness level. Whether you wish to enhance your athletic performance, improve your posture, work to prevent injuries, release stress or increase your balance and strength, our carefully selected Pilates sessions are taught in a safe manner to deliver your desired results.

Pilates programming has evolved over the years to cater for more types of exercisers including athletes, pre/postnatal women, rehab clients, active seniors and even teens and its’ wide spectrum of benefits are now available to us all. 

At Infinity Pilates we believe in the principles of Pilates and we maintain them within all of our sessions and programs, however, we offer a contemporary approach to the original method developed by Joseph H. Pilates.

Combining balanced flow with mindful movement and breath work, we aim to recalibrate from within. We maintain the focus on core strength, postural alignment, precision and control of movement.

To complement our practice, we also offer Yoga sessions and Massage therapies to further enhance your well-being under the caring guidance of our expert teachers and therapists.

Our state-of-the art studio equipment is there for you to experience new challenges and a diversity of reformative practices while our signature mat work classes combine Pilates with a range of stretches and stress relief techniques, helping you rest your racing mind and restore inner peace.

We offer individual programs to cater for all needs and abilities and all of our clients can benefit from our small props and studio equipment designed to assist them in achieving their desired outcome.
